28M Professional Seeking Manhattan Room

Hi, I’m a 28-year-old working professional in journalism and education with a master’s degree and excellent credit, looking for a room in Manhattan starting around September 1st. I’m flexible on the exact move-in date and lease length, and open to either a short-term or longer-term arrangement.

As a roommate, I’m clean, responsible, and easygoing. I respect shared spaces, privacy, and personal boundaries, and value a peaceful, considerate living environment. I’m naturally outgoing and friendly, but I’m equally comfortable giving each other space and maintaining independent routines.

I’m LGBTQ+ and pet friendly (I don’t have pets myself), and I have no particular preferences regarding a roommate’s gender, age, cultural background, or lifestyle. I’m respectful of different cultures, identities, and ways of living, as long as we share a safe and considerate home.
