Professional looking for something stable

Hey,

I'm Stephen. I am a real person, I'm looking for a room with a private bathroom; I don't particularly mind sharing, but it's also a hassle so I would like to avoid it.

I'd like to live with someone who is pretty stable themselves, a good communicator (don't be passive aggressive, don't give me bad news with a 24 hour notice), and is just all around chill. That sounds generic, but I'm pretty simple.

I like to cook, watch basketball and anime, play videogames. If you have a nice sidewalk around your place, a plus, because I also like rollerblading for exercise.

I don't smoke (don't like the smell of cigarettes, but weed is fine if it's not all throughout the house). I do drink, largely on Fridays/Saturdays (perhaps a small drink or two if I'm watching a game). But I'm a happy drinker, and I don't let myself get to the point where I'm lacking self-awareness. I'm agreeable. Talk to me and we can make anything work.
