24F Healthcare Professional || Studio/Large Room

Hi! I’m a 24-year-old healthcare professional working full-time at Mount Sinai in Manhattan. I’m looking for a room, studio, or other short/medium-term rental starting around September 2026.

I’m clean, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and have steady full-time employment. I’m pretty independent and usually spend my weekdays working, but I’m also friendly and would be happy living with roommates who are comfortable being social while still respecting each other’s space.

Looking for:

* Budget: ideally $1500-$2,000/month
* Furnished preferred, but not required
* Month-to-month or approximately 3–6 months would be great
* Easy commute to Manhattan / Upper East Side
* Queens, Brooklyn, or Manhattan
* Clean, safe home with access to a kitchen
* Couples/overnight guests allowed or reasonable guest policy

I can provide proof of employment, income, ID, references, and other documentation as needed.
