Room wanted in Los Angeles, North Hollywood

Hello! I’m Manny and looking for a room preferably in Los Angeles/North Hollywood/Burbank area to rent for a minimum of 2-3 months or possibly longer! I do have a small Boston Terrier who’s super trained and has her ESA license. She’s super friendly, get’s along well with other pets, and doesn’t engage but she does like to play when taken outside or going to the park.

My budget’s $1000-1300 and don’t have any preferences when it comes to the living situation. I do work on music in my spare time and usually work with headphones when I do. I currently work from home but my employers switching us from remote to in office by the end of the year which is why I’m looking for a minimum of 2-3 months since I’ll be moving closer to my job but it will be somewhere in LA and if the location is nearby then would likely continue staying.

I’m easy going, play video games here and there, but music is my passion and what I’ve been looking to get back into. I’ve DJ’ed my whole life but I’m also a novice guitar player and love learning the blues and classic/indie rock when I’m not doing EDM. Born and raised in the valley/LA and when I’m not doing work or music stuff then I’ll be at the gym, going hiking with my dog, or doing any activities in the area
