Recent UC Berkeley Grad Looking for Room – Novato/

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old recent UC Berkeley graduate looking for a room in Novato or northern San Rafael, with a move-in date of August 20th.

I recently accepted a full-time position in Novato and will be working an early morning schedule. Since I don’t currently have a car, I’ll be commuting by electric scooter or bike, so I’m especially interested in Ignacio, Hamilton, South Novato, Marinwood, Terra Linda, or anywhere with a reasonable commute to the Ignacio/South Novato area.

My preferred budget is up to $1,300/month, ideally including utilities, although I’m open to discussing options.

I have two indoor cats who will be moving with me, so I’m looking for a cat-friendly home. I’m happy to provide more information about them if needed.

A little about me: I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and easygoing. I’ll be working full-time and appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home. I’m friendly and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, but I’m also respectful of privacy and personal space.

In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, cooking and baking, watching anime and K-dramas, playing board games and video games, and exploring new places.
