37-Year-Old Professional & Aspiring Actor Looking

I’m 37, an aspiring actor, and I’m spending the rest of the summer at my Jersey Shore home before moving back to NYC in September. I’m looking to settle in the city for at least a year and am hoping to find the right place and the right people to share it with.

I work in a few different capacities, including catering for some of NYC’s top agencies, and I also work remotely when my schedule allows. My work keeps me busy, but I value having a comfortable, relaxed place to come home to.

I’m laid-back, responsible, clean, and respectful of the people I live with. I enjoy being social and taking advantage of everything NYC has to offer, but I’m equally happy keeping things low-key at home. I’m easy to live with, communicate well, and take pride in being a good roommate.

I’m looking for a comfortable place with good people and a respectful living environment. I’m open to different neighborhoods and living situations and am mainly interested in finding the right fit for the long term.
