Ideally looking for chill month-to-month spot

I'm Devin- I am a full time nanny and actor/comedian. Been in the childcare game a long time so I make a very good living- but looking for something super affordable so I can save up right now.

My schedule is very busy- I work ALOT so I’m not home much- usually out the door by 7am and sometimes back after 11pm. I teach comedy classes and also perform at least once a week- so kind of always on the grind.

My credit score is 816, I’m clean and I have never failed to make rent on time.

Just turned 39 and ended a long term relationship, wasn’t exactly expecting to live with strangers ever again- but I really want to focus on saving money for some personal goals as I start my new chapter.

All that said, I have a huge network of friends of all ages in the comedy scene- so I’m really open to any age range as long as the roommates are cool and respectful of common areas.

Ideally looking for a month-to-month situation as I organize my next steps. But down for any length commitment if it’s a good fit.

I’ve had great luck with roomies throughout my 11 years in NYC, hoping to branch out, meet some nice people and keep the streak alive.

Happy to live with pets- especially dogs! (But I do not fuxxx with reptiles).

And finally- need a spot off the A, C, L, M, F, G or R trains. Or easy access via transfer.
