I’m a 20 year old student looking for somewhere affordable and cheap to stay in. My budget is 800 in total and cannot be paying 400+ or 800$ as a deposit so please keep that in mind.

I’m very quiet and keep to myself so I won’t cause any chaos at all. I love a quiet home so I don’t think somewhere with a lot of tenants would be for me.

I don’t mind smoking but I hate the smell of it so if I have to share a room with someone (which I’d prefer not too) I’d like it to be with someone who doesn’t smoke..

I absolutely love animals so I don’t mind if home owners have them! I’m not allergic to anything at all🥰
