Professional Couple Seeking Room in North OC

Me and My Partner. We come as One Couple.

We are a couple in our 40s relocating locally to North Orange County and are looking for a comfortable, affordable room in a shared home. We are quiet, respectful, clean, and considerate housemates who value a peaceful home and good communication.

We are looking for similarly responsible and respectful people to share a home with. We would ideally prefer housemates somewhere around our age, but age is much less important to us than compatibility and mutual respect.

We are available to move immediately and have a budget of up to $1,000/month. I am employed full-time locally and can provide employment/income verification and references as appropriate.
