Semi Retired Female seeks safe room

I'm a semi retired late 50s woman seeking a first level private bedroom and private bathroom to rent in a home with only one other woman. I don't smoke or drink, never have over night guests, and I have no pets. I am allergic to cats, but will adore your dog if you have one, or some!

I need a shared kitchen, a dedicated parking spot for my mid-sized SUV/Honda Passport (no street parking, thanks), in-unit washer/dryer, and air conditioning.
I am quiet, very clean and tidy, respectful, and sociable.

I work as an infant educator. I am home some days, I am out of the home some days. I work when a private family needs me. I may be days or any day time hours. Sometimes I do phone consultations, sometimes my work is for a few hours here and there. This is the semi retired part.

With much respect, If you don't want a roommate in the home when you are not there, I am not the roommate for you. I'm just a semi retired, professional who is semi retired. I want to feel like the home is comfortable, not like I have to stay in my room when I am there. I also cook my food. I do not microwave my meals. I clean up the space that I use, and I leave it better than how I found it.
