Hi! I'm Elmir, an incoming Cornell Tech M. Eng. Computer Science student arriving in New York on August 13.

I'm looking for a furnished private room, preferably with a private bathroom, in Roosevelt Island, LIC, Astoria, Manhattan, or nearby Brooklyn/Queens. My budget is up to $2,000 per month, including utilities if possible. I'm initially looking for a place through September, with flexibility to stay longer for the right arrangement.

I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible. I don't smoke, have no pets, and would be comfortable living with students or working professionals. I'm happy to provide references and complete the appropriate rental process.
