Hello, my name is Aaron. I’m 20 years old and currently looking for a room in a shared apartment or house. I’m looking to move ASAP and am ideally looking for a one-year lease.

I currently work full-time as a concierge while attending school for Anthropology, with the goal of becoming a teacher. I have a consistent work and school schedule, steady employment, and can provide proof of income if needed.

I’m clean, organized, respectful, and easygoing. I’m friendly and social, but I also value privacy and personal space. I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained home with considerate roommates and a drama-free environment. I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and being respectful of the people I live with.

What I’m looking for:

• Budget: Up to $1,500 per month
• Move-in: ASAP
• One-year lease preferred
• Private room in a shared apartment or house
• Private or shared bathroom is fine
• Furnished or unfurnished is fine
• In-unit laundry is not required
• Preferably close to public transportation with a convenient commute
• I do not have pets, but I’m comfortable living with pets
• I’m a non-smoker and comfortable living with smoking roommates where permitted
• Currently employed and able to provide proof of income
• Looking for clean, respectful, and responsible roommates

Areas I’m considering:

Hudson County, New Jersey — Hoboken, Jersey City, Union City, North Bergen, West New York, Weehawken, and surrounding areas.

New York City — especially Queens, Harlem, and Brooklyn, but I’m open to other neighborhoods if the location has convenient transportation.

I’m flexible on the exact neighborhood as long as the apartment, roommates, price, and commute make sense.
