Hi I’m looking for a private room to rent near the DC/Maryland area. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I work and am looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

I’m looking to move around September 13th and would prefer a place with a shared kitchen and bathroom. I’m open to living with other roommates and don’t mind pets or smoking.

I’m hoping to find a place where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps the home clean. I’d be happy to answer any questions and arrange a time to meet or view the room.
