Looking for room in Concord or N. Manchester area

Washer/dryer on site, dishwasher, and ideally storage & private bath. I'm quiet, clean, friendly, responsible and respectful. I'm a graphic designer working from home, and I like moderate noise and cleanliness. I love pets of all kinds!

I've lived in southern NH for 22 years, originally from Orlando. I'm a homebody but go out some weekends to see friends and events, occasionally having a friend over. My teen will be going to college in Concord this fall, living on campus.

I keep things clean, but doesn't have to be spotless, unless you need that. I'm organized myself but don't expect that of a roommate, as long as it's relatively tidy. I mostly avoid processed foods, sweet tooth aside.

I've stayed close with almost every past roommate and some became lifelong best friends. I'm equally happy with a low-key, respectful relationship too, no deep friendship required.

I'm a Gen X geek into sci-fi/fantasy and Asian media, so most of my friends skew younger, though I'd love to connect with people my age too. I also enjoy museums, art fairs, classic literature, philosophy, deep conversation, art, music, nature, reading, movies, baking, and collecting.

Noise: soft-spoken and quiet, a night owl but a quiet one, up until 12-1am and awake by 8-9am. I watch TV with earbuds, sometimes like music while cooking and softly while working, speaker or earbuds either way. My taste covers most genres except country, metal, most rap. I do a YouTube workout most days, probably in the living room if bedroom isn't big enough.

I need a moderate noise level (not loud). I sleep with earplugs and a mask, so average noise and light don't bother me. I have mild misophonia and sometimes use an earplug while eating with others.

My ideal roommate is someone who is somewhat like me with cleanliness and noise, friendly, and respectful of personal space and preferences. It’s a bonus if you share some of my interests and have cats or dogs!
