Hi! I’m looking for 1 or 2 people to apartment hunt with. My max budget for my portion of rent is $2250. Ideally looking in the Ditmars area.

My name is Connor. I’m a laid-back, clean, and respectful working professional currently looking for a room to rent. I work long hours (typically around 7am–6pm) in operations management, so I’m usually out most of the day during the week and a lot of weekend days. Not a huge stoner, but friendly. No other drugs please. I don’t have pets currently, but I love animals. I keep active with exercise and sports. Love the outdoors. I’m easy to get along with, responsible, and pretty low-key at home. Mainly looking for a comfortable, drama-free living situation with good communication and mutual respect. Not looking to be a party house, but want to be able to have some small get togethers.
