Hi! My name is Iohanis, and I'm looking for a furnished room to rent by the end of August in the Fort Lauderdale area (I'm also open to nearby cities).

A little about me, I'm studying biochemistry and work in hospitality. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish.

I'm clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. I always clean up after myself, respect shared spaces, and value open communication. I enjoy the beach, coffee shops, trying new restaurants, working out, and exploring South Florida. While I enjoy spending time with friends, I also appreciate a quiet home and respect everyone's privacy.

I'd love to find roommates who are friendly, considerate, and value a clean, comfortable living environment. I'd prefer living with women, but I'm open to a respectful co-ed home if it's the right fit.
