~Ideal Home Vibe: I am looking to live independently OR share with mature, quiet, and independent professionals or young seniors who appreciate a calm, serene atmosphere. I prefer a household that is respectful of privacy and maintains a quiet routine.
~What I Need: A studio, a one-bedroom apartment, or a private bedroom with a strictly private bathroom. Reliable internet access is a must. If cable is not provided, I must have the right to have my own connected in my room (at my expense, of course).
~The Space: I prefer the space be unfurnished, but I am somewhat flexible on this.
