Focused Art Student (23M) Seeking Quiet Room near

Hi! My name is Pedro, I am 23 years old, originally from Brazil, and I am moving to New York in early September to begin a full-time classical art program at the Grand Central Atelier.

What I am looking for:
I am seeking a private room (ideally unfurnished, as I sleep on a foldable floor mattress and need open space for my daily physical stretches) in Bushwick, Williamsburg, or the eastern part of Bed-Stuy. Proximity to the J or L train lines is essential for my daily commute. My ideal budget is around $800 - $1,100 per month. Because I will return to Brazil during the summer holidays, I am looking for a flexible agreement or a 6 to 9-month lease (September through May/June).

Given the rigorous nature of my training, my routine is highly focused. I spend most of my day at the studio. My evenings are dedicated exclusively to studying, reading, and resting. I am highly organized, very clean, and I deeply value maintaining a quiet home where everyone’s space and privacy are respected. I do not host parties or overnight guests. I have my finances strictly in order; as an international student, my mother acts as my official financial guarantor (sponsor), and I can provide all necessary visa, bank statements, and school acceptance documents for full verification.
