Former Miami Beach resident returning to the area. I am a 53-year-old entertainment and event-production professional with an established business and long history in Miami. I am clean, responsible, non-smoking and social, but I am looking for a comfortable professional home—not a party apartment.
Seeking a furnished private room with a private bathroom, or a furnished studio in South Beach. Need room for desk/workspace. Preferred areas are West Avenue, Sunset Harbour, Flamingo Park and South of Fifth.
Ideal term is 6-12 months, with the possibility of extending. I can provide identification, professional references, proof of funds and reasonable prepaid rent/security after verifying the property and signing an agreement.
