Room wanted in Nashville, Davidson County, TN

I will be starting a job at Vanderbilt University as a researcher in early September and I am looking for a place to live, ideally within a ~45 minute walking distance to Vanderbilt University but I am open to different areas if there is a public transport link to the University.

I am pretty quiet, clean, and keep mostly to myself. I have lived in shared housing throughout my time at university and know what it takes to make sure all involved are happy in a house share.

I would be spending a lot of time out at work or engaging in hobbies such as exercise and martial arts in my spare time. While at home I also tend to spend most of my time in my room so I wouldn't be getting in the way much.
