Hi! We’re three responsible college students relocating from Santa Barbara to the San Diego area to attend Grossmont College and work while we’re in school. We’re looking for an affordable room or shared living arrangement and are flexible with space as long as it’s clean, safe, and in a respectful environment.

We’re quiet, easy to get along with, and will always pay rent on time. We don’t smoke inside, don’t throw parties, and will treat your home with respect. Our main goal is to find a stable place where we can focus on school, work, and our future.
