Seeking room or 1bd in D.C.

I’m a medical student, and I’m looking for housing beginning in early September 2026. Ideally, I would stay for 6–12 months, although I can be flexible depending on what works best for you.

I expect to be at school most weekdays and will generally keep a fairly busy, quiet schedule. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m a nonsmoker, do not have any pets, and would be comfortable living with your dog.

As a housemate, I value open communication, keeping common areas tidy, respecting everyone’s privacy, and maintaining a friendly but peaceful home environment. Your home and the spacious room sound like they could be a great fit.
