Seeking affordable room/unit in Des Moines, IA

Hi there, I’m Caitlin. I’m relocating to Des Moines for work on short notice, and I’m looking for a a room/unit to rent. (Base rent: $500-600 give or take--but I could go higher if utilities are included.) A little about me– friendly, introverted, bookish, bike-commuting young professional, with a love for plants and good coffee. I’ll be working full time in the public health field, and pursuing graduate coursework eventually. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, hiking, gardening, and occasionally hosting friends for dinner or boardgames. I’m fairly reserved and largely keep to myself. I do not have pets, but I don’t mind if you do. As a housemate, I value good communication, thoughtfulness, and financial responsibility. Let me know if you think we might be a good match!
