Longterm Brighton Resident Seeking Fall Sublet

Hi,
I'm a graduate student looking for a fall sublet or a flexible room to rent, ideally in the Brighton/Allston area from September 1st through November or December. My budget is around $1,200/month.

I have lived in Brighton for eight years and am completely self-sufficient. I'm responsible and respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours. I am on a university stipend (and have a guarantor ready to co-sign if your landlord requires one). I do own a car, but my parking is already completely sorted out near Cleveland Circle.

I'm an ideal fit if you have a roommate studying abroad or doing a co-op this fall, if you're looking to fill a room on a month-to-month basis, or if you just want a reliable person who tries not to impinge to share your space for a few months. I am friendly and always down for a chat in the kitchen, but I also value independent time and a peaceful environment.
