Looking for Room (w/ Parking) For Sep. 1 Move-In

Hi! My name is Theo, I am 22 (23 in October) and I am a recent graduate of Boston University with a degree in Sociology and English. I grew up in the Bay Area in California, and have spent time in Detroit and Montreal in addition to Boston. I'm planning on staying in Boston for the next year, and I'm looking to find an available room ideally somewhere in the Somerville/Cambridge/Allston/Watertown areas, although I am open to living anywhere Boston-adjacent so long as other criteria line up. My maximum monthly budget is ~$1500.

I am open to living with anyone, though other guys is preferred/a mixed group. Overall tidiness is definitely a priority, I commit myself to cleaning often (especially shared spaces) b/c I think it has an outsized impact on everyone's wellbeing. Would be awesome to find other people that enjoy hiking/camping/skiing or creative pursuits, as I love the outdoors, and spend most of my other time either doing photography or other art projects. Also come winter I will be a free ticket to the mountains, I plan to be up North skiing as often as I can. I also love music/movies/anything art, so if this is also up your alley, let me know! (I have a nice sound system to add to any living room too if that sweetens the deal). Overall, though, I am definitely an easygoing person and can make any situation work.

The only real criteria I have is I do need a parking spot for my car, and b/c it has Michigan plates I cannot get a street parking permit in most areas in the city. Driveway/building lot is definitely a huge plus, even if I have to pay extra to the landlord for access. Dishwasher is great too! I know the pain of living in a place without one.

I work as an event caterer (i. e wedding caterer) most weekends and will be searching for full-time employment once things are settled in September. Paying rent/utilities will never be a problem, I have never missed a payment in 4 years living in shared apartments. If anyone desires references, I am more than happy to provide the contacts for my last few sets of roommates/employers/whoever is needed to vouch for me.
