Room wanted in Reno, NV

Hi. I am looking to either rent a room or share a place with someone. I would love to be in a house, have parking that is easily available, washer and dryer in home or unit, each housemate having their own bathroom is preferable but I am willing to share.
I have furniture I would like to bring with me, at the very least have an unfurnished room. Most of my life is in the Midtown area of Reno so finding a place within a 5 mile radius is preferable. I am quiet, work a lot, like to be outside and have an active life outside of home. When I am home I love it quiet in order to work on creative projects, read and hangout.
