I'm a computer science PhD student at Temple University in Philadelphia, coming to the Bay Area for a fall internship in Foster City from August 24 to December 15, 2026. I'm looking for a furnished private room in Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, Foster City, or San Mateo.

About me: I'm quiet and tidy, keep a regular sleep schedule, don't smoke, have no pets, and don't bring guests over. My internship provides lunch and dinner on weekdays, so I rarely cook. I don't own a car and get around by road bike, so a spot to keep my bike would be great. I'm fine with a small room and I'm comfortable around dogs.

I can provide proof of my internship and university references, and I'm happy to do a video call anytime. I return to Philadelphia in mid December when the internship ends, so my dates are firm.
