I’m looking for an affordable living situation. I’m looking to purchase a home in the somewhat near future, but right now it just doesn’t make sense financially. I work for a chimney cleaning and repair company and I do different gigs on the side for additional income so paying rent is never an issue. I’m typically out of the house the majority of the time and I’m quiet when I’m home.
