Room wanted in Las Vegas, NV

I am available to move from 10/01/2026 and have a budget of $700/month. I would like to share with females ideally between 18 and 70 years old.
I am simply looking for a private bedroom, private bathroom preferred but not required. I am quiet and polite, and I prefer a relaxed, stress-free, no drama home environment. I have monthly income that is steady and I can verify my ability to pay if we should move forward with a possible move in.
I don't have a car unfortunately, so basically I would prefer to be located in a central, safe, suburban type community in Las Vegas, where places like the grocery store, convenience stores and other businesses are within close distance, preferably walkable or within easy bus transit.
As far as some demographics and other stats, I am a 46 year old single female without a current boyfriend and no children. So it's really "just me", except that I have a certified ESA Support dog, an absolute sweetheart of a 28 lb Border Terrier mix. His name is Milo and he is house/potty trained, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and very quiet/shy and well-behaved.
I've recently broken up from a long term relationship/engagement and am still recovering emotionally and trying to get situated here in Las Vegas on my own.
I'm not sure what else to include. I'd also love to hear about you-just your age, relationship status, what you do, hobbies, etc, as well as the property you are looking to share with a roommate.
