I am available to move from 10/01/2026 and have a budget of $700-800/month. I would like to share with females ideally between 18 and 65 years old. I am simply looking for a private bedroom, private bathroom preferred but not required. I am quiet and polite, and I prefer a relaxed, stress-free, no drama home environment. I have monthly income that is steady and I can verify my ability to pay if we should move forward with a possible move in. I don't have a car unfortunately, so basically I would prefer to be located in a central, safe, suburban type community in Las Vegas, where places like the grocery store, convenience stores and other businesses are within close distance, preferably walkable or within easy bus transit. So it's really "just me", except that I have a certified ESA Support dog, an absolute sweetheart of a 28 lb Border Terrier mix.
