Hi! I'm in my 30s and work as a barista while building a career in data science and GIS. Between my two jobs, the gym, meal prepping, hiking, and working on my data portfolio, I keep a pretty structured routine. I enjoy going out occasionally, but home is where I like to relax and recharge.
I'm respectful, clean, communicate directly, pay rent on time, and do my part to keep shared spaces tidy. I'm looking for a home with people who are similarly considerate, mature, and value a peaceful living environment.
What I'm Looking For
Move-in: Ideally October 1st
Budget: Around $700/month, but I'm flexible for the right place
A room with at least a half bath; a private bathroom would be a huge plus
Built-in A/C preferred
A clean, organized home with minimal clutter
Not a party house
LGBTQIA+ friendly home preferred
Ideally living with other working professionals or people with established routines
