Hi! I'm moving back to NYC after 2 years away and looking for a room. I'm a college professor and a composer. I mostly keep to myself, but like a warm and relaxed home environment. Socializing isn't necessary but can be welcome. I usually leave the apartment even on days when I don't work, and am happy to be in my room for most of the time when home.
