Hello, I am somewhat new to Los Angeles and love living on the west side. I currently reside in Westwood, however my sublet is coming to an end and I have to be out by August 28. I am very low maintenance and while I do love making friends and socializing, I also like to just chill. Looking for a private room and prefer it to be furnished. If not, that’s ok as well. I currently work part-time because I’m waiting for my employer to open up their business to the public.
