Hi! I'll be starting the graduate program at Pig Iron in early September, so ideally I'm looking to move in around August 29th if possible. Close to Fishtown and furnished are pluses but not required. I'll be out of the house a lot with classes and will probably be resting when I'm home, but I also like socializing and am down with a more social household if that's you. I like to keep common spaces clean even if my room is messy (not dirty, just messy). I'll be a full-time grad student, but I plan to use savings to pay rent and I plan to look for part-time work once I'm settled.
