ISO short term sublease for couple &service dog

I am a speech-language pathologist that works with school-aged kiddos and my partner is an ex-mechanical engineer who now works in higher education/student affairs roles. We are very clean, responsible and respectful tenants.  We have travelled on and off for the past 4 years, and have stayed in many house shares/coliving/couchsurfing roommate sort of housing opportunities and our goal is always to leave a place better than we found it! We are clean, don’t leave things out and wash dishes as soon as we are done eating. We are easy going, good vibes, considerate and respectful housemates.

We do have a small, very well-mannered 8 year old Shih-tzu named Rex. He is 13 lbs, hypoallergenic, very indoor trained, and also trained and certified as a service dog (can provide documentation). He also rarely barks and gets along well with other dogs and cats. He is a very stoic lad and prefers to just be in everyone's presence. He coexists well with other pets. He has actually traveled to 18 countries with us (hopefully that speaks to his well-mannered personality). We are very serious about hygiene, his paws are wiped/washed after every walk before entering our apartment because those NYC streets are not the cleanest. 

I know it's a lot to ask for you to open your sublease to a couple WITH a dog, but please let me know if this is something that you would be open to!
