Hi there! My name is Florencia, and I’m looking for a cozy, authentic studio to stay in for anywhere from one or two weeks up to one month, with flexible dates throughout September. If you’ll be away on vacation and would like to rent out your place while you’re gone, that would be ideal.

I’m half German and half Costa Rican, and I’m a real estate and vacation rental business owner in Costa Rica. As a property owner myself, I understand the importance of taking care of someone else’s home, and I will treat your place with the same respect and care as if it were my own.

I have many Airbnb reviews and can provide my profile, my listings, and any proof you may need to feel comfortable renting to me.

I’m simply looking for a cozy place to call home while I’m in New York.
