*A calm, clean, and respectful living environment
*Prefer only one other person in the home
*Inside-only cats/ no doggy door
*I'm also happy to exchange pet or animal care for a reduction in rent. I'm the perfect roommate for someone that travels.

I have good credit and ALWAYS pay on time.
I'm a reliable educator and a sought-after substitute teacher with a steady income. I also work as a drop-in pet sitter, so caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy.
