I’m a longtime private tennis coach with more than 30 years of experience and a former educator in both secondary and post secondary levels.

I’m currently looking for a quiet room to rent in Chino Hills, Chino, or a nearby community for one to three months following the unexpected passing of my longtime life partner. If the arrangement is a good fit, I would be happy to consider staying longer.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and a non-smoker. I also have a small 15-pound spaniel mix named Cody. He is house-trained, gentle, extremely affectionate, and well-behaved indoors. I love anything outdoors including cycling, birdwatching, hiking, camping and pickleball, etc.

I can provide references and proof of income, and any other information or documentation that you would need. I would be happy to meet with you in person. If you think we might be a good fit, I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you.
