Hi, my name is Charlie. I'm a New Jersey native currently living in the Bay Area and looking to move somewhere between the East Village and Kips Bay. I graduated from Vanderbilt in 2025 and now work remote as a data analyst. I'm an energetic guy who likes to get out of the house and I have many friends throughout the city, so I figure that I won't spend too many waking hours of the day in the space. The goal is a well-located home base with natural light.
I'm primarily looking for a shorter term stay right now (ideally Aug 26-Oct 14), but I do expect to look for a permanent solution with a friend starting in the new year—ultimately, I'm open to conversations about a longer-term agreement if they can match with this plan, but still with that Late Aug or Sep 1 move in.
