Hello! I'm a graduate student at CSU-LA in the Teaching Credential Program looking for a furnished room in a quiet, respectful home. I'll be in the program for approximately another 18 months, so I'm hoping to find a comfortable place to call home while I complete my studies and prepare for a career in education.

Looking for:
• Furnished private bedroom
• Private bathroom preferred
• Budget up to $1,500/month
• Parking preferred
• Washer/dryer & reliable Wi-Fi

Preferred areas: South Pasadena, Old Town Pasadena, Pasadena, Alhambra, Monterey Park, and San Gabriel.

A little about me: I'm quiet, clean, financially responsible, and a non-smoker. I'm also a musician and enjoy playing the keyboard as a creative outlet. I practice only during reasonable daytime hours and am always respectful of household quiet hours and noise preferences.
