Full-Time Nursing Student Interested in the Room

I’m a 30-year-old professional working full time at Westchester Medical Center, typically three 12-hour shifts each week, while completing my nursing degree at Westchester Community College. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and private place to call home.

Ideally, I would like to find a private room or suite in a quiet, well-maintained, owner-occupied home. I would be very comfortable living with an individual, a couple, or a small family who would appreciate having a responsible and considerate professional in the house. I value a warm and comfortable atmosphere while fully respecting everyone’s privacy, routines, and personal space.

A room or suite in a separate part of the house would be ideal, such as a private floor, rear section, in-law suite, or space with its own entrance and bathroom.

I am quiet, mature, respectful, and a non-smoker. Between my work and nursing studies, I keep a busy and structured schedule, and I would treat your home with great care. My employment can be verified through Westchester Medical Center, and I can provide excellent professional and personal references.

I am most interested in Pleasantville, Chappaqua, Briarcliff Manor, Pocantico Hills, Armonk, or another safe and attractive neighborhood within approximately 10 miles of Westchester Medical Center.
