I am a male aged 71. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 08/26/2026 and have a budget of $1,500/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I need a private bath with a walk-in shower. And no stairs involved. Temporary stay 2 - 3 months.

Need this as I prepare for back surgery in NYC. Currently reside on Long Island where I have lived my entire life. I worked for over 30 years at major investment firms in NYC. My brother and sister (who lives in NYC) will be helping me in this effort.
