Educator/Artist, Looking in Westwood

Hello, I'm a 38 y/o nonbinary professional looking for either a room with private bathroom in someone's apartment, or a roommate to find a 2b/2b with in Westwood.

My lease is up around September 1 so I would want to move in then. I have furniture but can be flexible with what I keep or not.

Right now I work both at home and remotely as a contracted tutor. I'm a quirky artist. I was a hair/makeup artist for 10 years in NY. I moved here from NY last summer.

I have a small dog and cat, both very friendly and adorable. I would rather not live with more pets though (but am open to it).

I love to cook and bake when I have the energy. I take care of my health and clean up after myself. I do all kinds of crafts. I like to go out but don't do many late nights and am on the quieter side. I get along with most people.
