Hi everyone! I’m starting my apartment search and wanted to see if anyone has any leads.

I’m looking for a private room, studio, or ADU in, El Segundo, Culver City, Playa Vista, Mar Vista, Westchester, or the surrounding South Bay area. My budget is up to $1,250/month including utilities and I’m hoping to move in late August or early September, though I can be flexible for the right fit.

A little about me: I’m 36, a swim coach, and I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I enjoy staying active, exploring the outdoors, finding a good cup of tea, and balancing that with cozy nights in watching movies or TV shows. I’m friendly and social, but I also value personal space and downtime. I’m perfectly happy doing my own thing, but it would be great to find roommates who enjoy hanging out from time to time and building a genuine friendship while still respecting each other’s space.
