I'm actually looking for a place for a client of mine who is 25 and named Malcolm. Malcolm is on the Autism Spectrum, but very high functioning. We're looking to find a place for him where someone would be understanding and patient. He has some support that helps him out daily, and so is busy most of the time. He cares deeply about social issues, into gaming and movies and mostly pretty chill.
We're hoping to find someone, where we could give them 60 hours of IHSS at $20 an hour a month. Which is close to $1200. You wouldn't be responsible for him or anything, but we would feel more comfortable just knowing someone is around. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in.
