Hello! I’m a retired Christian man seeking a peaceful place to call home, ideally close to Beacon’s Bible Church in the Encinitas, Leucadia, Cardiff, or coastal Carlsbad area. I’m an elder at my church, a non-smoker, and I don’t drink or use drugs. I recently completed a six-month live-in caregiving role for an older woman who has since transitioned to memory care. It was a meaningful season, and now I’m looking forward to settling into a home with a little more balance.

I spend much of my time serving and participating in activities at my church, staying active, working out, and enjoying one of my favorite hobbies—fishing. I’m financially responsible, clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful, respectful home where everyone feels comfortable.

I enjoy cooking healthy, nutritious meals and would be happy to help with meal preparation or occasional light household tasks in exchange for some rent consideration, if that would be helpful.
