Responsible, friendly F seeks Boston house share

I'd love to touch base if you're looking for one person for preferably all female household in Boston, especially Jamaica Plain.
Move in date Sept 1, 2026, but I have some flexibility either before or after.
I'm a writer/editor/publicist working on an interesting, unusual project. Also play music professionally (but never a noisemaker -- very considerate about this and rehearsals would only happen off site.)
I don't smoke or have pets though I'd be happy to live with your favorite dog or cat -- super fond of animals.
Very accustomed to pitching in on chores plus proactive if problems arise with repairs or whatever.
I take an interest in those around me but respect everyone's need for private space and quiet time, especially early morning and after hours at night. I have wonderful friends in JP and beyond plus lots of family I visit out of state on holidays.
Age -- I know I'm up in years but have inherited unusually good health from both parents, do fitness workouts every day, & am routinely mistaken for younger.
Would be very interested in inter-generational or other kinds of diverse household, including speaking other languages at home, which makes my ear happy.
