Hi! My best friend and I are new to Richmond and are saving up for our own apartment. In the meantime, we’d love to rent out a room. We’re most interested in renting on a week-to-week basis, but monthly is okay.
We’re homebodies, don’t smoke or drink, are employed, and are usually down for a nice chat. We don’t have any age or gender preferences, intend to share one room, and strongly prefer a private bathroom. In-unit laundry is a major plus. Don’t really care about room size.
