Short-ish term room rental (<1 yr) wanted

Middle-aged female looking for room to rent for under 1 year, month to month preferable as I'm not sure of my timeline at this moment in time.

Must be clean, non-smoking, no cats or dogs and no strong chemicals or fragrances to avoid asthma and other health problems from allergies & inflammation.

friendly but NOT looking for a party house. I rarely drink or have guests over save for close friends and relatives. I don't care to live around constant drug or alcohol consumption or a revolving door of new people, however I am open to the occasional well planned out get-together for special occasions and such. I love people & entertaining, I just function better with minimal or well-controlled social interaction.

I'm a good cook and love to feed people when I can afford it, I love animals (even the ones I'm allergic to), I treat the common areas respectfully with intention to leave it like I found it and I'm very warm, open and generous in the right environment with the right kind of people.
