Looking for a 2-bedroom apartment for 2 female graduate students 🏙️
Move-in: Late August / September.
We're looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment with convenient access to public transportation. Our budget is up to $1,300 per room (if possible with bills included).
Preferred neighborhoods include Upper West Side, Morningside Heights, Manhattan Valley, Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, Midtown West, Long Island City, Williamsburg, and other neighborhoods with an easy commute to Manhattan. We're also open to recommendations.
We're responsible, quiet, non-smoking tenants with no pets, looking for a short/ long-term lease in a professionally managed building if possible.
