Hi, I'm Ric. I'm looking for a private room in Woodhaven, Ozone Park, or Richmond Hill, preferably near public transportation. I've lived in this part of Queens for a long time and would really like to stay in the neighborhood I already know and consider home.

My budget is up to $1,000 per month, ideally with utilities included. Reliable Wi-Fi, or the option to arrange internet service at my own expense, would be preferred.

I currently do office and administrative work for multiple companies. I have good credit, family support, and references available.

I'm quiet, clean, low-key, and respectful of shared spaces. I always clean up after myself, don't smoke, don't have pets, and rarely have guests. I mostly keep to myself, but I'm friendly and enjoy good conversation.
